Aperol Spritz

Ingredients

  • 90 ml prosecco
  • 60 ml aperol
  • 30 ml club soda

Method

  1. 1Fill a wine glass with ice.
  2. 2Add prosecco, then Aperol, then a splash of soda.
  3. 3Stir gently once.

PRO TIP

Prosecco first so it doesn't foam over when the Aperol goes in.

Paper Plane

Equal parts bourbon, Aperol, amaro and lemon — a modern classic that's bitter, bright and balanced.


Ingredients

  • 30 ml bourbon
  • 30 ml aperol
  • 30 ml amaro
  • 30 ml lemon juice

Method

  1. 1Shake all four equal parts with ice.
  2. 2Double-strain into a chilled coupe.

Amaro Nonino is the classic choice — it gives the drink its backbone.

  • 22 ml mezcal
  • 22 ml yellow chartreuse
