Elderflower Liqueur cocktails

Delicate and faintly honeyed, elderflower liqueur lifts a cocktail with floral softness without tipping into sweetness. It threads elegantly through the heat of a Spicy Fifty and brightens the easy effervescence of a Hugo Spritz.
